Within the care service we are dedicated ensuring permanence for our children and young people is prioritised.
Social Workers will be supported to ensure that all children achieve permanence within the required timescales to ensure that there is no drift.
We have a dedicated specialist team who will assist with achieving permanence, completing matching reports and joint visits with potential carers. Social Workers will be expected carry out direct work including life story work and supervising contact with families
