Individual Restaurants has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and well-presented Reception Host to join our team based in Piccolino Heddon Street. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis, and in return receive a competitive salary.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for hospitality and great food and who have a flair for delivering excellent customer service to join our team!
The role:
As a Reception Host you will be responsible for the day to day running of an efficient and productive Reception operation, maximising the revenue. You’ll greet the guests when they arrive ensuring excellent customer service meeting the company’s standards to exceed customer expectations.
- Meeting and greeting clients and take them to their seats
- Scheduling, managing and controlling the Restaurant Reservations via the reservations system, maximising revenue potential of bookings
- Ensuring all large party deposits are paid and their special orders and requirements are met
- Keeping the reception area tidy and the focal point for guest’s arrival
- A passion and energy for people skills and flair for delivering excellent customer service
- Must be very friendly and professional in approach
- The highest standards of personal grooming, appearance and posture
- At least two years of experience in hospitality
