What You'll Be Doing
As the UK Growth team, we focus on driving customer acquisition, retention, and growing our overall topline. These business objectives require significant data analysis to drive optimisation and generate insights to feed into strategy. This is where you come in!
- Conducting data analysis to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations
- Supporting the team in testing new growth experiments
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement promotional campaigns
- Assisting in the creation of reports and presentations on growth performance
- Conducting market research on industry trends and competitor analysis
- Providing general support to the Growth team
What You'll Bring
- Currently enrolled in/graduated from a university program, preferably in a related field such as Business, Marketing, Economics or Computer Science
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyse and draw out insights from data
- Familiarity with marketing principles and growth strategies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau and SQL etc. Python is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
