The role
We are looking for someone who has a passion for learning and wants to start a career at AIRE.
You will work with the HR team to support the entire employee lifecycle of our sites in London and Copenhagen, ensuring the company has appropriate HR support on all matters related to HR administration.
.Key responsibilities:
- Form and maintain employee records and update internal databases.
- Prepare and amend where necessary HR documents, i.e. offer letters, employment contracts, change of employment conditions, etc.
- Send documents to employees and follow up on their signatures.
- Request employees’ references.
- Address employees’ queries.
- Keep track of the training plan and record the necessary documents.
- Collaboration in the implementation of new projects.
You will be delighted with our place in London, located in the Covent Garden district, where the antique house of James Matthew Barrie, the Peter’s Pan author, has been given a new lease of life and now is part of the magical AIRE atmosphere.
The team will support you from the first day and will guide you in acquiring new knowledge.

Who you are:
- You have 1-year prior experience in a similar position.
- Analytical skills (able to identify problems and root cause, work with numbers, and data, run metrics, and pull reports...)
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- CIPD Level 3 is a plus.
