As we prepare to open our brand-new facility in Spring 2024, we are looking to bring on board an experienced Nursery Manager to join our Busy Bees family and support within another centre until the opening of Glasgow Lenzie. Prior to opening, you will support the recruitment activities and training of the staff team as well as learning the Busy Bees way yourself, ready to hit the ground running and successfully open our state-of-the-art, new-build centre!
With fantastic public transport links as well as cycle racks, electric car charging points and free parking available, getting to the nursery is easy peasy!

About you – what we are looking for:
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education
You will be resourceful, commercially minded, and excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively
Have strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide colleagues to always ensure best practice
