Job description
Purpose of Statement:
The 3D Graphic Designer will be Junior to Midweight (Blender) supporting divisional work across our sites in Europe, USA, Canada, and Australia. We need a creative thinker who is highly motivated, a self-starter with a logical mindset who can take concepts and messages and ommunicate them by informing and captivating its audience. Our team is tight knit, hardworking and with the internal team being our first customer, building relationships and managing stakeholders is key.
You will develop smart layouts that are visually appealing and effective, aligning to our brand guidelines. You can pick up briefs and ask the right questions to tease out understanding to create and drive a quality output. You will be comfortable collaborating with our technical and engineering experts located in different offices and time zones. After 12 months, you will have the opportunity to combine travel and working abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
- 3D modelling with a view towards 3D animation.
- Producing animations and editing videos.
- Setting up scenes, lighting, textures and creating camera paths.
- Creating various design assets from brochureware to social graphics.
- Creation of product renders in various formats.
- Creation of 360 visual interactive graphics.
Key Responsibilities (Continued):
- Creation of customer presentation materials.
- Creation of marketing literature.
- Creation of corporate branding.
- Building strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Working across multiple time zones, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met.
- Ensuring full product compliance and alignment to the Kingspan Marketing Integrity Manual across the division.
- Any other reasonable duties, as and when required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Professional experience in 3D Graphic Design as a Junior to Midweight (Blender).
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a Graphic Design or Marketing discipline.
- Competent user of Blender, After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience of producing animations and editing videos.
- Desktop publishing skills: layout design, text formatting, production of interactive PDF’s, creation of print ready files.
- Competent user of the full MS Office suite.
- An articulate individual with good communication skills both verbal and written, who can relate to people at all levels of an organisation with a high level of confidence and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail is critical.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to plan effectively across multiple time zones.
- A self-starter with the ability to set own objectives and work effectively under pressure. Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
- Keen to travel.
