Platinum Accountancy Services are a small chartered accounting practise based in Congleton, Cheshire.
We are looking for someone to support with the bookkeeping and administration within the practise, in a home based role.

- Skilled in office, including word, excel and outlook. You should know or be comfortable learning basic excel formulas, pivot tables, and word formatting.
*What experience you should have*
Required:
- 1-2 years experience working in an accountancy practice
- Experience working with Xero, Sage, Quickbooks
- The ability to prioritise and manage your own workload so that should something more urgent need dealing with you can understand what you should undertake first, by using your own initiative.
- A can-do attitude and eager to learn!
- Good experience writing detailed business documentation or reports
*What you'll be doing*
- Updating office workflow databases
- Drafting letters of engagement for new clients
- Completing on-boarding checks for new clients
- Bookkeeping using online systems
- Occasional onsite work in Cheshire and Stoke on Trent
