The Responsibilities
- Assisting in the smooth running of the department as instructed with diligence, discipline and trust.
- Ensuring all measures are put in place and followed to minimise theft as instructed.
- Delivering results as instructed.
- Identifying and reporting all issues relating to stock or the team quickly and efficiently.
- Dealing with all colleagues & customers in a knowledgeable, respectful and attentive fashion. Supporting other areas of the business when required.
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales with good value, high quality, consistent and unique products.
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues in your department.
- Identify and report Health & Safety issues.
- Looking after Company Property including, but not limited to, machinery, equipment, retail stock and non-retail items for colleague use
- Empowering and developing yourself to your full potential with initiative and training
- Keeping the Manager, Assistant and Supervisors informed of all relevant issues.
