Would you like to develop your sales skills and start a career in the fast passed, highly rewarding world of Recruitmen.

As a trainee consultant you will be on an external 12-week training programme from Rookie to Consultant, as well as a thorough on the job training programme working with some of the most advanced AI and automation recruitment tools in the industry.

Poole & Partners is a recruitment consultancy business that provides permanent and contract recruitment to the Media industry.

We work with Advertising Agencies, Broadcast Media companies and start-ups, we are the only RPO agency to work with Publicis Media.

We currently have live roles with social media platforms Meta and TikTok, luxury brands LVMH, Coty and Rolex, streaming services Disney, Netflix and Prime to name a few.

We were established in 2012, our head office is in Huckletree, White City, West London and we have a globally dispersed operations team. We offer hybrid working of 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic person who has experience within a sales environment, ideally someone who has worked to targets / KPI’s in an outbound sales business who is now looking to develop their skills and earn good commission.

Experience

  • 1+ years sales experience
  • Curious, proactive and positive mindset
  • Adaptable and eager to learn
  • Personable and good at building relationships
