Startup Recruiter leads our internal staffing efforts as we grow our teams. This role is focused on hiring our software sales teams and building our technical staff. Must have experience in at least one internal startup as a recruiter.
These roles are key to help us build the correct culture. Please have experience recruiting in Javascript and AWS technologies and recruiting for a B2B software company.
Work with CEO and SVP to define each role and responsibilities. Maintain job postings and direct recruit from target companies.
We offer a competitive salary plus bonus and potential for equity in these roles, after the contract portion.
Roles are contract to hire on a 20 hour per week basis. Salary equivalent plus stock options is a potential on a full-time hire.
