About us
Questa Psychological Services needs a capable accounts/administrator to join our friendly and professional team to handle our invoicing/billing and make sure we get paid! There is scope to take on more administrative duties if this is something the successful candidate would like to do.
We're based around Southampton so would be nice for you to be able to meet with the team in person from time to time but it's a self - employed role and can also be fully remote.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing customer service, processing invoices and payments, and resolving customer accounts enquiries. The job involves key internal and external liaison.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of accounting principles. Knowledge of Xero or other accounting package essential.
Responsibilities:
- Create invoices/bills from templates
- Process customer/supplier payments and reconcile to bank
- Identify discrepancies in customer accounts and take corrective action. (Credit control)
- Monitor customer activity on a daily basis.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
- Provide customer service support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Produce management summary reports for Directors

Part-time hours: 10-12 per week
Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
