Our client, a well established steel fabrication company, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Field Sales Executive to cover the North of England/Scotland;
RESPONSIBLE TO: Sales Office Manager/Director
MAIN SCOPE OF JOB
To represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Assist management to increase growth of company.
To market, offer & sell all group products to prospective & existing customers relevant to their requirements.
As an integral part of the Sales and Manufacturing organisation already established in the UK & ROI; to assist management in all aspects of the day to day running of the company and be flexible when required.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILTIES ~ But not limited to:
1. To maintain and improve customer relations with existing customers & actively seek new clients/markets where our products and/or capabilities could be of benefit.
2. To work with clients in reviewing specifications and endeavouring to ensure group products are used at all times.
3. To chase up all quotations and feedback relevant information to the sales office where appropriate action is required.
4. To liaise directly with the office to provide customer satisfaction.
5. To ensure correct administration of records are adhered to on the relevant computer system/package.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
As part of the training you may be required to visit our factories in Denmark to familiarise yourself with the products and capabilities we can provide. You may also have the opportunity to spend one week in the factory in order to understand the manufacturing process better, which in turn will ensure you advise the customers correctly.
NORMAL WORKING HOURS
Monday – Thursday: 08.30 to 17.00
Friday: 09.00 to 15.00
Lunch – all days: 1 hour per day.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
