If this sounds like you, then please, read on. Signature Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our client, a London-based organisation. This is a full-time, permanent position, with the added benefit of hybrid working or remote working within the UK.
As an Executive Assistant, you will work alongside three senior members of the team to provide coordination of various international engagement activities, and events. Your role will be demanding and fast-paced, requiring you to quickly gain an understanding of the work and emerging priorities, as well as build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks and priorities. Your strong IT skills, specifically in MS Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Zoom, as well as experience with CRM systems, will be essential in this role. We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is interested in supporting the shift in global financial flows towardsnature-positive outcomes.
Key Duties:
- Scheduling, diary management, and coordination of activities across the communications and engagement function
- Developing strong relationships with key partners and internal/external stakeholders to amplify the impact of our communications and engagement activities
- Travel arrangements
- Leading events and meeting logistics, as required
- Co-ordinating papers and agendas in advance of key meetings
- Taking notes of meetings - recording and following up on actions
- Dealing with expenses and general office administration
Key Skills:
- Experience in providing secretarial and administrative support to senior executives in a corporate or financial institutional setting
- IT skills (MS Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams, Zoom), CRM system skills (administration)
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised
