XscapeNow! have an exciting new opportunity! We're looking for people to join our team working during weekdays, evenings and weekends. Working hours are flexible and based on our customer bookings.

Responsibility / Job Description:
- The Games Master will greet our guests, introduce the back story of the game, explain the rules, answer questions and monitor the game via CCTV while it is in progress.
- After each game, the Games Master will reset the room quickly and accurately and be ready to greet the next guests.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be fun, outgoing and enthusiastic with great customer service skills. You should enjoy interacting with people to ensure they are enjoying themselves. The Games Master is an integral part of the customer experience from beginning to end. Other necessary characteristics include:
- Flexible with regards to work schedule and able to work weekends, late evenings and at short notice
- Hard working, able to use your own initiative and a great team player
- Must be quick learner with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Must be confident and comfortable in engaging with both small and large groups of people
- Computer literate with experience and confidence of using computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Great sense of humour with an engaging and fun personality
- A love of Escape Rooms!

Important Information:
Salary: £7.00-£10 per hour

Schedule: Part-time. Hours are very variable and dependent upon customer demand. Flexibility over working hours is necessary. Please note that there are no guaranteed hours for this role. We only work when customers have booked to play our escape rooms. Salary: £7 to £10 per hour.

Application question(s):
- The role requires delivering a scripted speech to groups of customers, please confirm that you are confident to be able to do this. As part of the interview process you will be required to memorise and deliver a speech to the interviewers.
