Background
A UK-based innovative Ed-tech company is looking for experienced online English teachers for an upcoming play-based learning platform. Children are naturally motivated to play. Play is one of the most important ways in which children gain essential knowledge and skills.
We believe that children can gain knowledge more effectively through games, as well as enhance creativity and social communication skills. A play-based approach involves both child-initiated and teacher-supported learning. Our platform provides interactive environment and interesting games to encourage children learning. We look forward energetic and passionate teachers can join our team.
About the Role
- Teach the children English in Asia countries or UK via our online platform.
- Initiate and provide guidance of the online games during the lessons.
- Provide feedback & support to the students and parents for each lesson.
- Work in Asian hours. Flexible working hours and work from home to suit your lifestyle.
- Guidance on the curriculum and games will be provided.

- Grammar
- Writing
- 11+ English
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, English Language and Literature is preferred but not a necessary.
- Excellent grades in English at GCSE or A levels.
- TESOL/TEFL/CELTA etc certificates are preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience in teaching English or subjects above.
- Empathetic and patient attitude.
- Good computer & internet skills, with basic equipment such as a headset with microphone.
- Good communication skills.
- DBS check is preferred.
- Based in UK.
