Job description
We are now recruiting on behalf of our client in Lincoln for an experienced Warehouse Operative with an FLT license.
This position is responsible for the various day-to-day functions and requirements of the Warehouse Department, including storage, material movement, receiving, waste control and inventory.
We are looking for two Warehouse Operatives for this position:
- Adhering to all essential site Health and Safety rules and procedures.
- Understanding policies and procedures regarding receipt, storage and distribution of materials (inbound, outbound, WIP).
- Support the site’s supply chain strategy through the maintenance of appropriate inventory levels and timely distribution of goods.
- Physically able to carry out daily duties. Understanding waste streams.
- Operate a Fork Lift Truck (Counterbalance and Bendi licenses required).
Shifts and pay as a Warehouse Operative:
Continental shift pattern - 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off. 12-hour shifts, 7:00-19:00, with two 30-minute paid breaks.
