We have sites in Bingham and Radcliffe and are looking for an enthusiastic, positive person to help build and fulfil our company goals across both sites.

We're looking for reliable, hard working individuals to act as the face of our established independent coffee house. As a barista and cafe assistant you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the store working alongside our energetic team and reporting directly to the business owners.
This small local business currently operates an independent coffee house with a real passion for coffee, fresh food and the highest levels of customer service, and is now looking to expand operations to a second site (also in the local area)
Responsibilities include :
Excellent customer service at all times
Managing junior staff
Mentoring and ensuring all staff are trained
Ordering of goods and ingredients
Preparing fresh baked goods daily
Preparing and cooking of dishes using fresh ingredients
Opening up and closing down
Ensuring the store operates safely following all Food Hygiene standards to maintain our 5 star rating
Social media and marketing
Local promotions and events
Keeping your finger on the pulse of the speciality coffee industry trends
Developing seasonal food and drink menus
Pay is negotiable based on experience with very competitive hourly rates
