Are you dynamic, innovative and proactive? Bring us your specialist knowledge to target service improvement and take us to the next level. As E&T Pharmacy Lead, you will represent pharmacy at externally and at Trust meetings, liaising closely with the Trust E&T Lead. You have a proven
track record of implementing change and inspiring others. We will actively support you to develop into this role, especially if starting at the band 7 level.
If appointed as a band 7, there will be a bespoke development plan (based on the essential criteria within the 8a person specification for this post), with timelines and milestones to achieving band 8a; this will form part of the postholder’s formal job offer and contract of employment.
Be the Trust-wide Pharmacy E&T lead, responsible for all aspects of pharmacy education. The post will include a practicing clinical pharmacy role. This includes:
- Responsibility for the ongoing development and delivery of our E&T vision.
- Ensuring effective implementation and operation of pharmacy E&T functions.
- Responsible for the ongoing development, audit and oversight of training plans and E&T
- Lead our E&T team and be a clinically active member of the Pharmacy Service
- Great E&T delivery skills and strong relevant education/training interest (7) or experience
- A hospital clinical pharmacist background, with a strong patient focus
- And be dynamic, innovative and proactive, with a track record of leading change
