Ramdol offers Project and Development Management services in the built environment and construction industry from inception to occupation and continued support throughout the lifecycle of a project. The Assistant Project Manager will assist the Project Manager in the delivery of construction projects for clients across various sectors. The successful candidate will work with the Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities, including meetings, site visits, and reports
- Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports for the Project Manager
- Assist in the management of project risks, issues, and changes
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other statutory requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures
- Support the Project Manager in any other tasks as required
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £250.00-£300.00 per day
