Furnished Homes is a family run contract furniture company which has been established for over 25 years.

If you answered yes to the above questions, we have the perfect role for you! We are looking for a friendly, hardworking Driver/Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Yate.

- The Operational hours of the business are between 6am-7pm Monday-Friday and shifts could fall anywhere within these times.

- Hours of work will be variable each week as rostered to meet the operational requirements of the company.

The role will require the candidate to:

· Working with a partner delivering furniture and white goods to various properties.

· providing a best-in-class delivery service to our customers

· Using your communication skills to problem solve and think on your feet.

· Using basic DIY skills to assemble furniture and white goods – Full training will be provided.

· Assist the warehouse team with the loading and of vehicles and ensure correct products and quantities are in order.

· Assisting with the unloading of goods in and putting in correct locations

· Ensure compliance of standard warehouse and transport operating procedures.

· Housekeeping duties within the warehouse for the purpose of maintaining a safe working environment when required.

What we need from you

· Must be able to drive and preferably have experience driving 3.5t vans.

· Great communication skills both verbal and written.

· A positive approach and can-do attitude with the willingness to learn.
