Job description

About the Role:

  • Collate and analyse core Service KPI data, develop current reporting in-order to form further insights and recommendations
  • In-depth analysis of repair details and product failures to identify failure mechanisms, time to failure, component at fault and financial impact
  • Total product profitability and service cost analysis to support sales decisions
  • Financial and volume Management reporting to our Board and Head Office
  • Ad-hoc reporting of service and sales KPI’s, creation of innovative new reports to identify issues and recommendation of actions to drive improvements
  • Analysis of failures leading to robust Quality claims where failure rates breach thresholds
  • Champion smarter faster solutions to improve upon current processes

Key Skills:

  • Expert Excel skills, including the ability to work on V Lookups, Index Match formulas and other specialist function of Excel
  • The ability to record macros and edit VBA code would be a distinct advantage
  • Advanced user of desktop applications including Access, PowerPoint, Power Pivot, Excel, and as the desired requirement of SQL experience
  • Excellent communication and Data analysis techniques.
  • Demonstrate a proven logical, methodical and process driven mind-set.
  • Educated to a degree level
