Sales Advisor and Administrator
- Full time - Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
An exciting opportunity to join a growing residential surveying business with training provided.
As a sales advisor, your primary responsibility will be converting leads into survey bookings and ensuring that the surveyors’ schedules under your management are maximized to their full capacity. In addition, you will be responsible for selected surveyors’ diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling and co-ordination of appointments.
Daily duties:
- Manage and assist customers with enquiries via phone and email, advising the correct product/service for their requirements.
- Contact and convert enquiries from various lead-generation channels.
- Providing effective customer service with client queries
- Liaising with agents and occupiers to schedule appointments for surveyors using IT systems.
- Communicate and maintain relationships with external panel partners.
The ideal candidate would harness the below qualities/skills:
- Proficiency in making proactive sales calls and securing opportunities.
- Phone etiquette and communication skills
- Computer/IT literate
- Strong organisation and administrative skills
- Friendly and approachable
- Maintains professionalism.
- Previous experience in a property related role but not essential
- Local to Fenland, Cambridgeshire
- Working from home primarily with equipment provided
