Job description
This role is not a standard call centre or retail shop customer service role. This role is within the Hospitality and Leisure industry. Customers come to us to have fun, and in-turn we require staff that are enthusiastic as well as providing excellent face to face customer service - Available for immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Face to face customer service/interaction.
- Learning Game rooms, competent in learning games (training will be given).
- Reset game rooms after each customer use.
- General day to day cleaning/maintenance.
- Able to work in quick fast pace environment.
- Responding to emails and answering telephone enquiries.
- Social media savvy.
- Think quickly and adapt to any issues.
- BASIC DIY.
- Indifferent shift patterns
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Understand business needs.
- Report to Branch Manager.
- Weekend working (Essential).
- Taking bookings/payment over the phone on booking system (training will be given).
Experience
- Customer service (Essential)
- Experience in Entertainment/Hospitality/Leisure (Preferable).
- Experience with face to face interaction.
Job Types: Part-time/Permanent
Salary: £7.00-£10.00 per hour
