Job description

The shift pattern for this post is Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.

The Paediatric Haematology/Oncology Unit at the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow are looking for a suitable candidate to provide a comprehensive data collection/monitoring and administrative service to the non-malignant haematology team.

The postholder will need excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines. They will also be required to use their own initiative whilst exercising a high degree of confidentiality. They will be responsible for producing accurate outcomes and should have excellent typing skills, IT skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office - particularly with proven experience of using MS Excel for data input/retrieval and reporting/presenting.
