Job description

This position will include shifts between Thursday to Monday covering 4 x lunch and 5 x dinner shifts. Experience is not essential, as on the job training will be given but is preferred.

Who we think makes a great Waiter * You’ll have a passion for pleasing, to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience

• You’ll have previous experience in food and beverage, ideally gained in a similar environment

• You’ll have an interest, and appreciation of fine food & wine

• You’ll be a confident communicator. This is important to liaise with our guests and your other team members

• You’re always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the business, upsell and contribute to amazing results

• You’ll make sure all food safety and health and safety standards are met throughout

• You’ll know how to deal effectively with guest feedback, both positive and negative

The details… The Waiter will be responsible for the following; * To visibly act upon each client’s need

• Ensure all mis en place is clean and as the company guidelines suggest

• The role will involve preparing drinks

• To show capability in a paced restaurant

• To have an understanding and efficiency of stock control

• To serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner

• Follow the example of your senior colleagues in order to keep consistency within the business

Salary: From £26,000.00 per year
