Day-to-day in our Virtual Contact Centre
We are a busy contact centre and no two days are the same. A role within our contact centre involves servicing our customers through inbound phone calls.
Responsibilities includes:
- Onboarding of new customers
- Post-sale support
- Product servicing within warranty
- Retailer support
Working Hours
We have 2 part time vacancies available with, please see working hour options below.
- 10:00am - 2:00pm Monday to Friday
- 11:00am - 3:00pm Monday to Friday
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
