Job description
A Microsoft Gold Partner in Glasgow are looking for an experienced .Net Developer to join their established team - Fully remote working on offer.
The company have been operating (very successfully might I add) for the past 15+ years and are considered as one of the top Digital Agencies in the UK. They work with an international client base and are known for working with a modern tech stack, and strongly adhering to best practices - they have a really strong technical environment.
They have a busy pipeline of work and are looking to strengthen their agile team even further with an experienced Developer - ideally with good experience using .Net and Azure. In this role you'll be actively working with .Net Core, Azure, Azure DevOps and some infrastructure tools with ARM and Terraform.
Modern tech is embedded into the company's DNA - they are continually trying to stay ahead of the competition and work with the latest and greatest. In addition, Developers are encouraged here to experiment with new and different technologies - as you'll be given 20% of your time back for personal projects or to study up on tech (a lot of the team go through Azure certifications).
You'll ideally have experience with the following;
** Modern .Net (C#, MVC and ideally ASP.NET/.Net Core).
** IaC skills with ARM or Terraform
** Strong DevOps and CI/CD skills
** Azure and Azure DevOps
If you've worked in an agency setting before, or any fast pace environment, that will also stand you in good stead for this role.
Their Development team sits at about 15 strong, with many of its members having tenure that far exceeds 5+ years' - which is quite rare in comparison to most Agencies! Overtime here is a big no-no as you'll only be working at about 80% capacity - as they are exceptional careful not to over-work anyone.
It's probably no surprise then, that they have a great culture and even schedule a lot of social events for the team to have fun outside of work (from weekly football matches, Games nights, Drinks nights and attending tech conferences together + countless more).
Their office is based in Glasgow City Centre, however you have the option to work fully remote, hybrid or onsite - whatever suits your own situation, they're really flexible. They're offering salaries between the range of £45K to £80k depending on your level of experience with a great benefits package as well.
If you match most of the criteria and would be keen to discuss this further please apply and / or call Max at Cathcart.
