An opportunity has arisen to join this thriving family-run business in Glasgow as a Buying Administrator.
With a newly refurbished showroom and specialist car seat fitting centre we attract customers from as far afield as Peterhead and Newcastle.
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the successful candidate will join an expanding back office team in an exciting work environment.
The successful candidate will:
· Be highly organised
· Be able to work under high pressure and high volume workload
· Have previous experience with Purchase Ordering Systems and similar admin tasks
· Be able to adapt and learn new systems affectively
Core responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
· Ordering and Allocating Stock
· Producing Purchase orders
· Dealing with Suppliers and following through with any queries and delays
· Checking in deliveries and checking for accuracy
· Working to tight deadlines
Essential requirements are:
· Experience in a similar Role
The terms of the role are:
· 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, exact hours to be confirmed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £10.90 per hour
