At ISP, we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with strong communication skills to work with our team in Newcastle Upon Tyne. A successful applicant will be able to work as part of a growing, sociable team. We are looking for an experienced individual who demonstrates professionalism with customers and can tackle fast-paced problem solving.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Advisor, there are daily and weekly targets you will strive to meet. Whilst constant mentorship and training is provided, you will have responsibility to:
- Help run events and manage projects on our different campaigns.
- Represent our clients in a professional and respectable manner.
- Generate new leads for our clients.
- Learning product knowledge, sales skills & marketing strategies.
- Work alongside and drive team performance.
Successful Customer Service Advisor candidates will have the following attributes:
- Great communication skills.
- Advanced organisational skills.
- Be prepared to take on responsibility.
- Thrive working alone and in a team.
- Hardworking and a problem solver.
- Must be driven and eager to take responsibility.
Experience in office, retail, sales or customer support will be useful.

Salary: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
