Your role with us
You will be responsible for helping The Royal Mint to deliver a premium customer experience by fulfilling customer requests in a timely, personable manner. You will act as the voice of The Royal Mint, working across an array of contact channels to problem solve, advise, and deliver excellence for our customers.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional service, whilst using a range of communication styles to personalise the experience for all of our customers. You do not need any previous experience, but you will need a positive attitude, a friendly personality and be able to remain calm under pressure whilst being able to see things from the customer perspective. We will teach you all the product knowledge you need to help you be brilliant!
The contact centre is open 7 days per week between 0700 and 2200. You will work 8 hour shifts between these times on a rotated shift. If you work a weekend, you will get a day off in the week! Our shift pattern is tailored to help our customers, whilst maintaining a great work life balance for our team.
