I am looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a family run, growing company based in Murton, Seaham.
The Customer Service Advisor will interact with customers to ensure the customers' satisfaction. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for answering incoming calls and emails
Responsibilities:
- Assess customers’ needs and determine what kind of service solution would meet their needs;
- Build and maintain customer relationships;
- Maintain records of customer interactions;
- Take the extra mile to engage customers;
- Resolving issues with delivery and raising queries
Person Specification:
- Great communication skills
- Strong customer service experience from a fast paced role
- Ability to multitask
- Customer focused
- Computer literate
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £27,000.00 per year
