Home-based Telesales and Admin Assistant
Superior Pet Doors supplies The UK's Biggest and Best Range of Cat Flaps and Dog Doors to consumers and the trade. The parent company started installing cat flaps with one fitter in the middle of the Covid lockdown and is now the UK's leading National installer with over 30 installation contractors and has already installed over 5,000 cat flaps and dog doors. The new Superior Pet Doors website will be an e-commerce online store with over 100 products from every major manufacturer. It will be the biggest supplier of cat flaps and dog doors in the UK. We plan to take the business International within 2 years.
The successful applicant's role will be varied with some home-working combined with visits to the stores to despatch goods to customers.
- Contact trade customers- glaziers, carpenters, builders etc. and introduce them to the business. You will be using a comprehensive phone system which you will access from home and we have a complete CRM system to manage your customers and open their accounts.
- Contact retail stores - pet shops and hardware retailers and arrange for the directors to meet with their buyers
- Deal with inbound sales enquiries from retail consumers.
- Deal with inbound enquiries and sales from the various trades.
- Arrange for goods sold to be collected by couriers via their on-line portals.
- Visit the stores to prepare and pack goods for despatch and collection by couriers.
Requirements and Skills
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; Must be comfortable working with various software programs such as CRM systems
- Confident telephone manner
- A space to work from home without too many distractions.
- Own transport to attend the Warrington located stores.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week
Salary: £765.00-£1,200.00 per month
