Job Title: Human Resources Administrator
Location: Coventry City Centre
Working From Home: Two days a week
Salary: £24,570 pa
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours pw

Study Inn has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join their team.
Study Inn’s Headquarters is currently located in Coventry City Centre, we have accommodation centres in Loughborough, Nottingham, Exeter, Leeds & Leicester. Bristol.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Carry out all recruitment administration including offer packs, recruitment documents, Adverts and posting of adverts
· Assist in managing applications via E-recruitment
· Screen candidates and invite to interviews
· Assist in centre interviews when necessary
· Ensure all new starters have uniform items and PPE when they commence employment
· Administrate all employee probation periods and ensure completion on HR Tracker
· Process new starter information and ensure all files are compliant with current immigration law
· Chase all missing employee information from files and ensure all employees have reference details on file.
· Ensure that all employee files are current, maintained to company and statutory standards
· Responsible for maintaining an effective filling system electronically
· Assist the HR Officer with the input of payroll information and weekly reporting
· Process starter and leaver information, liaising with the accounts department
· Process annual leave requests and up-date payroll information correctly
· Resolve employee payroll queries that come to the HR team and feeding back to their line manager.
· Up-date the HR databases to ensure all data is up to date and relevant
· Provide day to day advice and guidance to line managers and employees on HR issues
· Ensure exit interviews are conducted with all leaving employees
· Ensure the accounts and IT department are up to date with leaver information
· Respond to reference requests for existing and ex-employees
· To assist in the production of employee communication including employee emails and letters
· Any other reasonable request asked of you by your line manager
· Assist other departments when required to do so – outside of the HR Administrator role
Competencies
· A minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administrator role is desirable
· A professional and confident telephone manner
· Discretion and ability to be able to handle confidential matters
· Highly organised with a logical approach
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to communicate proficiently both in writing and orally
· Enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking
· Computer literate and high familiarity with Microsoft Office
