Accounts/Administrator role – Warrington branch
Ultimately, you will ensure we process all paperwork and financial transactions for Warrington branch accurately and on time.
Duties will include
- Processing supplier invoices using our online system, identifying and correcting any errors
- Process bank deposits
- Prepare, send and store branch customer invoices
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Keep all records up to date and correctly filed
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
- Good knowledge of record keeping and filing
- Competent using online systems and Microsoft Excel
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
- Confident telephone manner, able to resolve queries
- Approachable and happy to work in our small team
The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with an hour off for lunch. Must like dogs as we occasionally have one in the office. Salary £22,500 - £26,000 pa depending on experience. Parking available on site. Paid monthly. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. Staff discounts. Pension scheme. Company Events. Full training will be provided.
