We are offering permanent, part-time contract sizes ranging from 12 to 16 hours a week, with potential scope to offer larger contracts, which can be discussed at interview.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
We are looking for someone who is confident in approaching customers and treats them in a polite and friendly manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and an eagerness to learn/

For this role, we believe it is important that you can multi-task and work efficiently across our Check-Outs, After Sales and Click and Collect areas.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable, however, if you have demonstrated experience working in teams and with other people then this may still be the role for you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
This role is varied with no two days being the same. We have options in our Customer Checkouts and also Returns and Customer Services and Click and Collect. You will work fluidly between these areas. You will aim to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time.

• You provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in various areas of the store.
• You ensure that payments are handled in a reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly way.
• You build loyalty by ensuring customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
