Sales & Retention Advisor

Active Nation , Lincoln

Full time / Part Time – Salary + commission

Active Nation are on the hunt for a new Sales & Retention Advisors to join our Lincoln contract to inspire people to join our Charity and has a campaigning and communication culture that matches the needs of our supporters to the most appropriate activity packages. Ensuring supporter recruitment and subsequent retention of those supporters is maximised.

We’re looking for passionate, driven individuals who can enthuse and engage with our supporters (customers) creating a positive experience of our venue. If you are confident, self-motivated, enjoy sales and are a great conversationalist then we’d love to hear from you!

Reporting to the Commercial Duty Manager you will be responsible for:

· Increasing participation and membership subscriptions within our activity programme, both in venue and out of venue.

· Following up and converting all enquiries and leads

· Planning and delivering outreach work in the community

· Giving excellent supporter service in a professional manner, which encourages repeat visits.

· Be responsible for the Front of House Operations by provide a welcoming first impression and transactional interaction that gives our supporters a great experience and encourages them to return.

We need you to be here when we’re busiest, so you’ll need to work a variety of early shifts, late shifts and weekends to fulfil either the full-time commitment or the part-time position. Therefore, flexibility to be able to access the venue and work on a rotational shift pattern is key. Active Nation Birchwood is our recently refurbished venue in the south of the City, and includes Gym, Studio, Immersive Cycling Studio, Shapemaster Toning Studio, Costa Café, Climbing facility, Soft play area, party rooms, all weather pitch and outdoor pitches. Yarborough Leisure Centre is the larger of the Lincoln Contract Venues, located in the North of the City and includes 25m pool, Teaching pool, Diving pool, Sports Hall, Gym, Studio, cycle studio, all weather pitch, cycle track, athletics track and outdoor pitches.
