Credit Control Clerk

We are currently recruiting for a Credit Control Clerk to come and join our team at our Ibstock PLC site in Ibstock, Leicestershire, LE67 6HS
Job Description:
- To assist in controlling a section of the Sales Ledger
- Chasing overdue accounts via telephone, fax and e-mail.
- Resolving queries
- Obtaining Proof of Deliveries
- Providing a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.
- Allocation of Customer BACS and cheque payments
- Working to specific business targets and deadlines
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Good telephone manner
- High standard of numeracy and accuracy
- Previous experience of JDE Edwards
- Ability to prioritise workload so that deadlines are met.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in a Credit Control environment would be preferable, though suitable training will be provided to the right applicant.
