Business Support Manager - Lloyds Banking Group
London (hybrid working pattern, 2 days per week in office & rest from home)
Salary & Benefits: £52-58K base salary

As a Business Support Manager
You’ll help support the Business Platform Lead and Technology Platform Lead to balancing short-term, time-critical work with important longer-term strategic aims.
The Business Support Managers role is vital in ensuring you provide reliable and discreet support across a wide range of sensitive topics. Applying sound judgment to operate on behalf of the Data & Machine Learning Enablement Platform and will be required to demonstrate significant partner management at all levels, as well as with external bodies.
About the role
You’ll balance priorities and deliver work to specific timeframes, building knowledge across different areas, streamlining processes and allocating work.
You’ll build relationships, working with various levels of people at different grades and seniority. You’ll partner and manage relationships with people in Risk, Finance, Business Management, People Partner etc. managing these relationships, providing feedback to senior stakeholders.
You’ll help to provide efficient day to day management of schedules, inbox management, task backlogs and approvals.
You’ll support the Platform on specific issues, committees, and projects, delegating tasks to the right person within the team.
You’ll look to optimise the way we approach work, meetings and running the office logistically. There will be the opportunity to support on HR and Resourcing initiatives
Other aspects of the role include reporting, organising team calls, off-sites, ensuring charity and volunteering commitments are met.
What we’re looking for
- Business Support or Executive Assistant experience
- Partner and Stakeholder Management
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across the organisation.
- Proficient with Microsoft office, Confluence and JIRA (ideally but not crucial)
- Resilience – the Enterprise Data office is a fast-paced environment due to the nature of the work we do
- Strong Analytical skills
