As an Operations & HR Assistant for the Julius Dein team, you will be assisting the management team with tasks such as recruitment, data entry, admin, invoice management, and social data tracking.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with recruitment & new staff onboarding.
- Logging invoices from our freelancers & verifying working hours.
- Both recurring & ad-hoc data entry jobs, such as tracking social tracking data.
- Social media maintenance tasks.
- Other operational, HR and admin tasks as required.
- In general you will be assisting our management team with any necessary tasks.
