Overview of the role
Based at the ground floor reception of a multi-tenanted building in the City, you will be expected to provide an intuitive and client focused service that positively represents Acuity and Client's Brand. You will assist all visitors, callers and respond to email enquiries efficiently, effectively and to the highest level of service. You will be expected to take ownership of the reception and be the first point of contact for all queries, whilst also working as part of a wider team, communicating effectively with other departments and to proactively enhance and improve the service through ideas and innovations.
Requirements:
- Must have previous front of house experience (High-end hotel or Corporate)
- Previous experience in a multi-tenanted building is a bonus
- Passionate about people and able to offer exceptional customer service
- Firm understanding of the high standards expected at reception
- Professional appearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Flexible approach with excellent timekeeping
- Fully competent in using Microsoft Office package
Job Type: Full-time
