Project Description
Having implemented entry level workflows at several clients, we have decided to develop a cloud-based workflow offering, spanning throughout multiple business units. The objective is to offer our clients access to processes and procedures without having a specialist staff member in that field. This is especially fitting in an SME who wouldn’t have enough demand to justify a dedicated staffing resource.
This product will need to compete in a mature and crowded commercial software space, so needs to be brought to market with optimum speed, quality and cost. The product will require development with complex links and interfaces into other technologies, platforms and newer landscapes such as Social Media.
Location
You would usually be Watford based in our office, however we are open to work flexible hours or home working depends on situation.
Who you’ll be working with
You will join highly skilled technical team and will be able to work on challenging projects employing cutting edge technologies. We have an ambition to grow the team throughout 2023 and into 2024 focusing on key technologies such as Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, AWS and cutting edge web technologies.
Focus of your role
- Responsible for developing, configuring and supporting solutions in either Salesforce, SharePoint or office 365 to help customers improve the their information and content.
- Working on digital marketing, SEO, automation programs, SQL queries.
- Programming. Converting technical designs into software solution.
- Testing, maintenance, deployment & documentation.
- Produce solutions using technologies and techniques around branding (CSS, Chroming, XSLT, HTML5, SharePoint on premise / SharePoint online theming.
- Select the right toolset for each challenge using Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Flow Power BI, InfoPath, SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio
- Delivering solutions with a strong User Experience element as we seek to improve the way our customers interact with the information they hold.
- You will use your architect experience to help assess whether the current tools and platforms remain competitive, fit for purpose and cost effective.
Essential Skills
- Administrate the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, FTP Connections, User Creation, Role Management, Cloud Preferences, Security
- Administration, Content builder Administration, Campaign Administration,
- Strong knowledge of Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.) and integration with 3rd party systems
- Creating custom profile center pages for opt-in, opt-out, profile updates for users
- Plan, design, develop and execute web, SEO/SEM, email and social media campaigns according to the specific needs of the company
- Provide marketing-specific key performance indicators (KPIs), generate dashboards and scorecards
- Measure performance of all digital marketing campaigns to ensure that they meet ROI and KPI directives
- Deep knowledge in Office365 technologies with experience of the following: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Skype for Business
- Strong background of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ampscript, Photoshop, Dreamweaver etc
- Knowledge of Web Analytics and Data Segmentation
- Experience working with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS
- Experience working with scripting languages such as Powershell, Azure CLI, AWS CLI
- Experience of Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect and Active Directory Federation Services
- Architecting and implementing solutions with Azure, AWS, Office 365
- Knowledge of database technologies and working experience of MSSQL, MySQL, SSIS
Desirable Skills
- Technical Certification
- Experience of working in a Scrum or Agile setting.
- Google Analytics, Search or AdWords Certified
