The Company

At On The Level, we are a family run, UK based specialist wet floor manufacturer. Over the last 20 years, we’ve built a strong reputation for problem solving and supplying high quality wet room concealed flooring and level access shower floors.

We are now looking for a Content Creator to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis, working 16 hours per week with one day per week in the office. We are flexible on hours.

The Benefits

• Salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (pro rata)
• 22 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)

The Role

As a Content Creator, you will execute our marketing plan, creating engaging content to showcase the personality of our brand.

Creating graphics and other content across all web and social channels, including video, photo and copy, you will complete work on time, ensuring it fits with corporate guidelines and our current marketing themes and campaign messages.

You will also manage marketing campaigns and events, collaborating with other members of the team to brainstorm and develop new ideas.

Additionally, you will:

• Create and lead powerful stories through social media channels
• Monitor content performance and use data to improve the effectiveness of the strategy
• Research other organisations and stay up to date with bathroom trends
• Support conferences and exhibitions

About You

To be considered as a Content Creator, you will need:

• Experience with social media management and analytics tools
• Experience writing accurate, crisp and clear copy
• Experience working with WordPress
• CRM experience
• IT proficiency
• A full, valid driving licence
