Contact Centre - Customer Service Advisor
Six-month fixed term contract
Location: Newcastle, Cobalt Business Park
Salary: £22,000
Hybrid working 70% office, 30% home working.

The
Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service via inbound and outbound telephone calls. The will involve troubleshooting complaints and logging faults when notified by customers to enable tracking of resolutions.
Role Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with previous Contact Centre experience, ideally within the energy/utilities space. As well as this we are looking for people who are:
- Strong communicators
- Able to work under pressure
- Receptive to learning and navigating multiple programs, including client v systems
- Experience of dealing with complaints would be beneficial but is not essential.
