Pathways
Real Ideas Pathways business unit supports individuals and groups, aged predominantly 16+ and particularly those experiencing challenges, to help them move into fulfilling work or start their own enterprises, in our key areas of Arts and Making, Immersive and Nature & Neighbourhoods. This unit offers a programme of opportunity that has inclusion at its heart and seeks to make long and lasting positive impact for those we work with and with diversity as a key success indicator.
Job Purpose
To provide both administrative and communications support to the Pathways business unit. Including helping compile and administer paperwork requirements for funders but also effective supporting communications through creating exciting and engaging social media content, updating webpages, telling stories of success and supporting the team and events and outreach activities.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to Pathways business unit including room and travel bookings, purchasing access to resources etc
- To support paperwork and financial claims required for funding as directed by Contracts & Administration Manager.
- To make effective use of social media platforms, in accordance with Real Idea policy that helps communicate our offer.
- To attend events and activities to promote Pathways offer.
- To provide support to people registering onto our programmes.
