Job description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Designer to join our award-winning team on a permanent basis to work across our wide-ranging client base and projects.
The role includes a competitive salary and benefits, dependent on experience.

The role
Working across web & mobile; you will be hands-on and involved in all stages of the design process from brainstorming and executing creative concepts through to design production and developing design specs for development.
What you'll do
- Producing highly conceptual visual designs which are on-brand and deliver on product strategy goals
- Creating prototypes that help communicate a project’s vision
- Participating in workshops and discussions to promote the communication of ideas
- Collaborating daily with a multidisciplinary team of Strategists, UX designers, Developers and Project Managers
- Sharing best practice knowledge in design across the team
Your skills and experience
Aside from having a portfolio showcasing beautiful and well-crafted design projects from concept through to completion, you have;
- 2+ years of digital design experience
- Expertise with industry standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Creative Suite, Sketch)
- Familiarity with various prototyping tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working directly with clients
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies to inform solution feasibility is desirable
- Experience in working with internal teams through the planning, design, and development phases, to budget and within deadlines
Nice to have
- Experience in building products, developing component-based design systems and adapting brand guidelines to create scalable systems
- Animation skills
- Agency experience
