Our Team
As part of the Power Services organization, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with an aim to improve and advance our technology and capability to make and deliver all the services required in the partnership to manufacture our end products.
What You Will Do
- Provide technical and process support to and build capability within our Power Services operations section.
- Identify, develop, and implement process improvements and optimizations targeting safety, reliability, quality yield, and energy.
- Using Advanced Process Control and Analytics to automate our processes.
- Identifying and leading experiments and capital projects around digital transformation to improve site competitiveness.
- Troubleshooting our manufacturing processes and applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies such as cause mapping.
- Preparing necessary cost/benefit estimates and justification for projects
- Participating in and leading Process Hazards Analyses (PHA)
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Chemical / Automation / Industrial preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to take initiative, be solution-oriented, and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to self-manage and complete individual and team deliverables.
- Experienced with process controls systems such DCS.
- Led process or safety risk assessment processes such as PHA.
- A willingness to embrace and live the core values of Principle Based Management
What Will Put You Ahead
- Previous manufacturing work experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Experience in automation and/or proven ability to create, design and implement creative and break-through ideas.
- Demonstrated application of statistics
