Job description
We are looking for a couple reliable people to work our upfront garnisher and cashier positions as well as our grill and fryer positions as well. Garnisher is to dress burgers to the customers satisfaction, as well as bag fries ex. We are looking for people to close our restaurant at night as well available from 4-11. Kitchen staff as well who will be working on grill, fryer and our Swiss chalet side with the chicken rotisserie. Thank you!
Job Duties:
- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Additional Duties:
- Recording food temperature
Job Duties:
- Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary
- Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly and store them in the appropriate places
- Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises
