We have an exciting opportunity to join Europe’s leading distributor and manufacturer of small domestic appliances and housewares products.

We are on a whole company transformation program, looking to leap forward by embracing the best innovative technologies.

Due to the massive growth and success over the year we have are looking to expand our team by offering roles for full-time Developers to help our existing on-prem systems and work on their replacement cloud based enterprise level systems.

You must be up to the challenge and open minded to learning new tech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developer will be involved in developing, adding new functionality and fixing issues in new applications.
  • Developer will communicate and agree solutions, technologies and designs with other developers and key stakeholders.
  • Working alongside other developers and technology partners, be part of the team that will architect and develop our next generation of systems
  • Working with our key suppliers and vendors, ensuring that our company is seen as the preferred business partner through our EDI systems.

Required Abilities, Knowledge & Attributes

ESSENTIAL

  • C# or Java
  • SQL / No-SQL
  • Rest API / JSON
  • Windows
  • Knowledge of Git / Dev ops
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexible and yet organised and structured approach to all aspects of work

DESIRABLE

  • Azure Development
  • Kafka
  • SSIS or Data Factory
  • D365 Fin and Op’s
  • Microsoft Power Platform

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

  • Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
