Accounts Assistant
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting all cash and debt management activities at Tate & Lyle Sugars. Your responsibilities will include reporting cash positions and forecasts, as well as providing Group cash flow reporting to key stakeholders internally.
Hybrid working – 2 days a week at our Thames Refinery and 3 days from home.
What will you be doing
- Produce efficient and accurate cash flow forecasts.
- Perform daily cash flow reconciliations.
- Manage external borrowings.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of all data.
- Timely production of results and reports.
- Prepare and maintain the Group's cash flow forecast, including budgeting and analysis.
- Manage daily cash balances and ensure sufficient funds for expenses.
- Produce monthly and quarterly treasury management reports and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in requesting FX trades and hedging.
- Manage intra-company loans and interest charges.
- Reevaluate company transactions and liaise with auditors.
What are we looking for
- Experience of payment reconciliations
- Preparing and interpreting Cash Flow Statements
- Experience of forecasting, analysis and modelling.
- SAP system experience is preferred.
- Part or fully qualified considered.
