Reporting through the Engineering structure but working with multi-disciplined and multi locational teams mainly in EMEA on ‘New Product Development & Introduction’ and ‘Cost alignment’ initiatives, the role is to lead those teams through the daily challenges of the project and process requirements of achieving the project goals and targets on cost, time and specification.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, driving & supporting teams through the daily challenges of projects/product development
- Working with Product Management team to define product requirements.
- Organizing and supporting project kick off meetings and hands-on workshops
- Creating timing plans and targets to support and drive the project.
- Removing roadblocks to support the project teams in delivering the project requirements.
- Ensuring team alignment throughout the project.
- Following and driving the appropriate business processes to ensure compliance at all stages.
- Reporting project updates to key stakeholders at monthly global business meetings.
- Develop process and project management within the organization further
The above points all contribute to the ultimate goal of delivering products and projects on time, on cost and on quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven successful experience in similar roles
- Must be able to travel intenationally
